Formerly known as Sadira Plaza, the project is a revitalization of an existing retail center which never achieved it's full potential.

With strong competition in the area the project had to create unique spaces and experiences to attract customers. 

MTA created a a 62% increase in leaseable area without increasing the GFA. 

​

MTA also created new al fresco F&B destination areas for customers who wish to sit in a semi-outdoor space while enjoying live music in a cool and refreshing environment.

MTA also created new attractive facade designs for the street side and an outdoor plaza to create a better relationship with the passing traffic.
