Nova Ocean
Resort

PROJECT DATA

Location: Bali, Indonesia

GFA: 12,000m²

Under Construction 2026

Set between the ocean horizon and the lush tropical hills of Bali, Nova Ocean Resort is a
contemporary sanctuary shaped by light, landscape, and flowing architectural form. Defined by a
rhythmic series of sculpted arches, the resort’s façade creates a striking identity—soft, elegant, and deeply connected to its coastal surroundings.

Each guest room opens through expansive, arched terraces layered with greenery, blurring the line between indoor comfort and the natural environment. Private balcony pools and shaded outdoor lounges invite guests to experience Bali’s climate in complete privacy, while warm natural materials
and soft textures create a sense of calm throughout.

At the heart of the resort, a secluded courtyard pool unfolds as a tranquil oasis. Surrounded by cascading greenery, timber detailing, and intimate lounging areas, this space is designed for quiet relaxation and social connection in equal measure. Above, a rooftop experience offers a more vibrant
atmosphere - featuring an infinity-edge pool, sunbeds, and an open-air dining pavilion with
panoramic views stretching across the island and out to sea.

MTA's scope of work included planning, architecture, interior design, landscape design and project observation.
