Grand Jati Junction is located in the center of Medan city. A mixed use block the project is a mix of apartments, offices, retail center and shop houses.

As part of this project MTA was tasked with creating a retail center that would be able to compete in the crowded Medan market. MTA identified the key factor to being successful in Medan will be to create a destination that the local market will return to repeatedly. The two main markets being the student market next door and the local culinary attractions. MTA has created a place that will allow the local market to come and enjoy their favourite restaurants in one place.

MTA is involved with the interior design of the public spaces for the apartments, offices and SOHO towers. The market for the apartments are middle-high. MTA has been able to create spaces which are luxurious and functional.
