Formerly known as Balikpapan Balcony City Mall, this project is now operating.

With strong competition in the area the project had to create unique spaces and experiences to attract customers. 

MTA created a playful, selfi-friendly food & beverage pedestrian area that has views of the sea. 

​

MTA also created new facade designs for the street side to create a better relationship with the passing traffic.
